The Cambodian ministry is bringing the Good News of God's Word to the our Cambodian neighbors in the Denver area. The Khmer CRC ministers to an average of 80 adults who faithfully attend each Sunday with their children.

Khmer Youth Group
A teen youth ministry in the Cambodian community of Denver Colorado.

This teen youth group meets every other Thursday evening from 6:30-9:00. Activities include large group fun activities and small group Bible studies. During the summer months the group meets every week. Our goal is to find out how Christ can make a difference in our lives and equip us to share that with others.

Ministry at Sun Valley Community Church is shaped by a neighborhood consisting of primarily single-parent families with few financial resources. Our vision is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ as the solution to life's challenges, while demonstrating our care and concern. Our ministry at Sun Valley is through pastoral support, gifts of food, clothing, and support of their tutoring program. Sun Valley Church is a place of worship for this community.

Mexico Missions Project

For six years now, our church has been involved in a "hands-on" relationship with our missionaries in Mexico. Teams of young people and adults have worked on buildings and homes in several villages just East of Tijuana. Churches, classrooms, and homes for pastors have been built, finished, painted and used. Villages like Pancho Villa, Florido, Montemoros, Valle Verde and Terrazas Del Valle have hosted our teams and served as headquarters for these teams. Homes of many of the poor families in these areas have been leveled, moved, built, drywalled, painted and shingled. This year a new dimension involves the teaching of Bible stories to the children who are always guests at these work sites.
